Return and Refund Policy

Policy Overview

  • Returns Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or add unexpected deductions to your refund.
  • Prompt Refunds: After your return is received and checked, refunds are processed within 7 days.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Return Process
To start a return, please email support@chotera.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We will review your request and reply with return guidance so your parcel reaches the right place. Please send items back unused and in their original condition, including tags and any original packaging, and pack them securely for transit. Returns that arrive without prior approval may not be accepted, and return shipping is arranged by the customer using a carrier of their choice.

Refund Details
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees apply, and you’ll receive confirmation when the refund has been completed.

Exchanging Items
If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at support@chotera.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. We’ll let you know the next steps and what options are available.

Canceling an Order
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@chotera.com. If an order has already entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email clear photos and a brief description to support@chotera.com. We’ll review the details and arrange the appropriate solution.
