Shipping Policy

Important Information for Your Orders:

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST on a business day will be handled the same day.
  • Processing Timeline: Orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday). 
  • Shipping Estimates: After your order leaves our facility, delivery takes 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free delivery, no minimum purchase required.

Handling and Shipping Procedures
Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email, letting you know we’ve begun processing it. Order preparation is completed within 0-2 business days, though busy periods may extend this slightly. After your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

Orders are dispatched promptly after processing. Delivery occurs within 5-10 business days, but factors such as location, courier schedules, or unexpected events may affect timing. We do our best to ensure timely arrivals.

Delivery Partners
We work with reliable delivery companies to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Depending on your location and order details, your package may be shipped via GO₂ Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. Each of these carriers provides tracking information so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

All U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping, regardless of order size or weight.

Delays and Tracking
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days and check your tracking details (Track your order here). If it still hasn’t reached you, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.

Canceling an Order
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@chotera.com. If an order has already entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email clear photos and a brief description to support@chotera.com. We’ll review the details and arrange the appropriate solution.
